Also now on my FST Timer the beds shut off after like 2 minutes and time still shows on the FST just like nothing is happening, we checked cords, we grounded it and still, so on the TMax are we going to have issues that shut us down? FST timer has been a night mare. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum Kevin When will tmax update the incredible obsolete serial tmax manager and replace it with a wired and/or wireless IP timer that no longer requires a manager or for your customers to have their entire salon go down? Its long enough. That device is almost 20 years old. Its beyond legacy at this point! |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum Hello, I recently purchased a Kettler Siena tanning bed for use in my home. I cleaned the bed up and replaced with all new bulbs and a new acrylic for the bottom as it was cracked. I have it all hooked up except for one last thing... I do not have a manual for this bed and there are 3 wires coming out from behind the bed, a brown a purple and white. I believe that the brown and purple control the fans and lamps and each wire is hot reading at 117-120 volts, and I believe the white is a neutral. Does anyone have any experience connecting a Kettler Siena to a T-MAX timer? Which wires get connected to what on the timer? Here is a link to the photo of the back of my bed. Thank you so much in advance for anyone that can help. http://tantalk.com/album.php?albumid=250&pictureid=1133 Last edited by dbterry; 11-25-2012 at 05:47 AM. Reason: Added link to photo |

I have tried upgrading my software to my tmax. I tried three different serial to USB ports. I am using salon touch right now with the tmax. I have rebooted everything about a million times. The computer is saying that it can't locate the comp port and will no longer attempt to find the tmax. I have also tried all the different ports all the ports seem to be working. I have gone into salon touch and changed the comp port when I changed the comp port. I am going crazy please help! |
