Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

I have been having issues with some of my sessions lately. I send time to a bed, and sometimes within the first ten seconds of initiating a session, the Tmax board will go back to 00:00 and cancel the session. Why is this happening? My salon uses the Tmax Manager Pro with the G2 wireless units.

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

I recently bought a used sundome and mystic blue box and I can't get the t-max 3a timers to work with them. I don't use a manager just manually set each room and have the same set up at another store so I'm totally lost why the same thing doesn't work. The sundome I can set the id to 1 and the t-max is addressed to 0 and peeps looking for a response but just never gets it. The mystic I can't set a address so that could be the problem but I didn't have to do anything with the other store just plug and play.

As far as I know, mystics take a special tmax timer, not the normal 3a we use on beds.

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

When you add a unit you will have to program it into your set up, ex room 1,2,3,4,5, adding room 6,7 you have to program them ,download the manual at ADI and look at how to reprogram the system.

My CCSIV is no longer recognizing bed #4 of 12 in my chain, not lighting up and not sending time to the bed, we can however set the bed manually after unhooking the cable.....help??
