I have been very successful in my area in Dallas using a very simple formula. I just started my business and it has really boomed and i figure i might as well share how im doing it.

First there are a few things you should know. I operate a mobile spray tanning company and also have 6 tanning beds in a salon.


1) Be a great business owner, and be personable and courteous with your clients and staff.

2) Give the people what they want - find out what your customers want out of you and make it happen. Provide specials and coupons to please them.

3) Always make sure that you are profitable on every transaction. You want to know your the breaking point of transaction and carefully monitor your salon's financial status.

4) Use great tools to market your salon online. With a proper website and innovative ways to market online to the tanning community. It is the best source for a savvy business owner who monitors their bottom line and likes to be in full control.

5) Hire great people who you trust and know are capable.

6) Great a word of mouth networking pipeline in order to gain easy new business.

7) Keep your overhead costs low.

8) Open up a business credit card but only open one.
