Thanks for the help last week with the phone support and over nighting me that chip. I changed it out and all is good. I always get panicky when theres a problem like that ( a bed i can pretty much deal with but.........) and you were very helpful. Thanks again.

We had been having a problem with our Ergoline Evolutions turning off (on occasion) after 6 minutes. We replaced circuit boards, blah, blah, blah. When my Ergo. guy came down one of the things he did was upgrade the T-Max Mgr. software and the problem was solved. While it's not serious, the only thing now is that the Mgr. "beeps" constantly! When setting a session, when a session is done , when the bed is cleaned.....w/ 16 beds it sounds a little crazy. Can i defeat this function??

I need to replace an a/c adapter for a T-Max 3A. What is the correct volts and mA.
My distributor doesn't carry them anymore. She advised me to go to RadioShack.

This may be a stupid question but is a 9volt 300mAmp adapter OK and does it mattter which wire is hooked up to either terminal.
