Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

Why are you still sending floppy discs for the start up instructions. Can a CD be sent to me?
Thank you

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

We have an FST unit. We have two units - tanamerica santa barbara and sundazzler that both have tmax timers built in - I can't find any one to help me integrate the tmax to the fst. any help would be awesome.!!!

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

You'll have to bypass the T-Max boards and tie your "trigger wires" from the FST start button to the contacts used by the T-Max boards where they connect to the bed. Good luck. -Belvy

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

Kevin, my tmax manager pro also said talk to bed#... all the time. Have to press reset to read the time. Will that software solve that?

thanx

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

Kevin,

I spoke with you Wednesday March 12, 2008 I called from Alachua Florida. The company I support is Lineless Tanning Salon, After a black-out in our city we had trouble with our Tmax manager. After getting support from you our timer was reset and the units on the wall in the rooms were reset, the problem we are now facing is no communication between the Salon touch software and the Tmax manager. After consulting with you I went to Radio Shack and purchased a brand new USB to Serial adapter installed the drivers and rebooted the PC, after launching the software i still had no communication.
I ran a Comm test and tmax was seen on Com2 but it never said tmax was succesfully found. I consulted with Salon touch and we did some troubleshootin for 20min. and it seems to come back to the Tmax manager, Is there a comm chip in the manager that could possibly need replacing??

Re: Welcome to the Timer Forum

Is there any way that I can get a TMAX 3A hooked up to a Sunquest 24RSP?
