The company I support is Lineless Tanning Salon, After a black-out in our city we had trouble with our Tmax manager. After getting support from you our timer was reset and the units on the wall in the rooms were reset, the problem we are now facing is no communication between the Salon touch software and the Tmax manager. After consulting with you I went to Radio Shack and purchased a brand new USB to Serial adapter installed the drivers and rebooted the PC, after launching the software i still had no communication. I ran a Comm test and tmax was seen on Com2 but it never said tmax was succesfully found. I consulted with Salon touch and we did some troubleshootin for 20min. and it seems to come back to the Tmax manager, Is there a comm chip in the manager that could possibly need replacing?? |

Rep Power: 22 | Welcome to the Timer Forum Do hope someone can help with this if not I have fear that I am starting to loose my patience with this "darn" T-Max Manager. I have a T-Max Manager with T3's in (5) rooms except for the Sundome standup that I just added and has a timer built in. I added the daisy chain line from room 3 to the standup in room 4 then 4 to room 5. Cycled power on the T-Max Manager, here is the sequence it shows panel # 1 (3), # 2-#7 (Blank) # 8 (45) equipment scanned and did not show the new unit. Cycled again press # 1 - # 8, panels # 1 - # 5 (Blank), # 6 - # 8 (0). Went through the config several times but still the same. The T-Max Mgr should auto address all the units w/o programming each timer correct ? Help, please I am about to loose my marbles on this |
