Does anyone have any experience with Salon Iris or Salon 2000 by CMJ Designs?

found at: http://www.saloniris.com/ and http://www.salon2k.com/ (looks like old website)

I downloaded the trial version from their website. It seems to be geared more towards a hair or nail salon. I was not overly impressed with it.

It is very much designed for hair/nail salons. Very minimal support for tanning at this time. Other than that, it looks pretty nice!

Do a search re: Salon Iris.
I made a $1500 mistake buying it. Support sucks!

Thumbs down Re: Salon Iris - Salon 2000 software

DON'T BUY! I got this program last year and have recently upgraded to the 7.0. HORRIBLE! I have spent over 36 hours retreiving data and lost business with the online service that goes down when it feels like it. They even changed the website addresses without notifying me! Customer service is during 10-7 and I work then! You better have a new computer with a fast processor to make the new 7.0 work! Printer is mostly compatable with a certain printer too! Great program but it doesn't work! It has made my life a living H**L!
