If you are shipping remember: - Fasten the unit itself to the pallet (drill a hole through frame if you have to) -Block and/or drill down the ballast tray so it doesn't "get legs" in transit - Shrink wrap tightly with pillows or something to keep canopy from bouncing around - Consider putting a few wraps of shrink wrap around the ends of the canopy to keep the top acrylic in position, if it would get lose in transit. - If you have unattached plastics (foot plate,...), wrap them in bubble wrap or encase in foam or something - don't just 'Ride' on the acrylic or it will get scratched up. |
