Call Teri at Tanning Supplies Unlimited in Indianapolis. If you are in the Midwest (like I am) you can get overnight or 2 day.
I used STS for years, never had a problem....until late 2013. That's when they stopped filling orders for me. They didn't have any New Sunshine product and when they got it in, it went so fast they couldn't fill my orders for all the stores. I know my rep was embarrassed, but tanning lotions is the only retail product we sell and I can't be without!

I went out and did PLENTY of research before I switched to Tanning Supplies Unlimited. They are a member of the ASA and Mike has personally spent decades fighting teen tanning bans, lobbying in Washington, DC and Indiana and has personally put a TON of money back into this industry. I have a tremendous amount of respect for a distributor that puts their hard earned cash right back to keeping salons open!

Plus they are located in Indianapolis, across town from New Sunshine. If they don't have something in stock that you need, he simply drives over and picks it up for you to ship out the next day!

Got a call from my Suntan Supply rep that the Venetian was in and did I want them to still send it. I told her yes, to send it.
On a side note, I did submit a pretty big order to them last Thursday for mostly the new 2015 Supre/DC/EH products and had quite a few items that were on "back order" status. I went through another Distributor for those and received them yesterday. Now, still waiting for my Suntan Supply order to show up.

Just to give a distributor's perspective:

There have been some manufacturer back orders this season, but really everything from New Sunshine has been readily available.

Designer Skin, AG, Swedish Beauty, Cal Tan have just a few back orders, such as the G Gent line & the new 14K Gold Rush.

Devoted Creations, Ed Hardy and Tan Inc have had zero issues this season.

Supre/Protan has been an issue. Since purchasing Performance Brands last fall many of the popular Protan & Fiesta products have been in limbo.

I know that the only products that URI is out of stock on is what the manufacturers are out of stock on.

There is certainly no shortage of products or options available when it comes to tanning lotions :D

I just got an e-mail from Four Seasons with an announcement that New Sunshine has dropped Suntan Supply as a distributor... :(

I tried to order a Ergoline part ( I'm in there territory so I have no other options ) they wanted $182.00 for a part I use to pay $54.00 from back when I could buy from Ergo.
And of course it was not in stock.

You can buy parts from anyone. Call Four Seasons, they have the best parts dept in the industry.

I just received an email from Suntan Supply stating I owe them money because they forgot to charge me for the sales tax on sunless supplies purchased the last 2 years.

I don't think companies are allowed to retro charge you sales tax if they forgot to charge you originally.
