I like ordering from them- I get my order next day because I am so close to where they are located.
They always seemed to be short on supply, but the past few months it has been really bad. No new Designer Skin, no JWOW, the list goes on and on. I haven't been able to get 2015 products for at least 6 weeks.
My rep just keeps saying they are expecting a "huge shipment" but knows nothing else.
Does anybody know anything about this?

I always keep a relationship with three different suppliers. My buying power isn't a good but my risk is lower. I also believe that the ones that track your sales to use against you get angry trying to figure out how you're staying in business not selling their lotions.

I can always get what I need from one of the three distributors I buy from.

Exactly our situation. It's been going down hill for the last couple of years now. The rep never even calls anymore, because they never have anything new in to push. Our orders were always on backorder. We liked the fact we could get our order, next day, with Suntan supply, but now with 4 seasons, we get it in 3 days, but we get it.

Appears to be an issue between New Sunshine and Suntan Supply. Designer posted on their facebook the other day that Their products were not backordered and if your distributor told you they were that you should use a different distributor! Straight up throwing STS under the bus.... It is what it is

I just called there yesterday- needed a tower of eyewear and some packets of Pink Cabana and G Gentleman- didn't have any of it in stock- once again reassured me though that a big order was coming in this week.
I also order from another disty- I just liked the convenience. Too bad- I can't imagine how much business they are losing over this.

Funny, because I order my spray solution (Norvell) from them and was told the Venetian - regular is on back order, but they have the Plus. I told them to send me the Plus but to let me know when the regular comes in. Now I wonder if I will get that notification at all.

I saw that facebook post and thought it was pretty low class. I use Suntan Supply because they are literally right down the road from me. I can place an order and pick it up in an hour. Not having New Sunshine products has made me order more Devoted and Supre so someone is winning.
