Facial fans and bed fans won't turn off

We have a Dr. Muller odessy bed, and suddenly the facial fans and bed fans won't turn off after use today. We tried resetting the bed, and now unplugging the bed, then plugging it back in and all the fans come back on. Anyone know what to look for?

Have you checked to see if you are getting power to the fan? Possible loose wire / Burnt wire?

Problem seemed to fix itself for awhile. Now it is happening again to the same bed. We turned the breaker off for a few hours, but when turned back on the fans start up again. We can't get them to turn off and are running continuously. Any advise?

agree contacter is sticking. I use a contacter cleaner and lubricant from radio shack and spray inside. You might have something inside that casues it to weld together. Spray inside even if it fixes itself.

What happening is that the amp draw is high and it heating the contactor to weld together, chceck the amp draw and the voltage and what the bed run time ? The buck booth might be wired to high, check connection.
