Do Lotions block Vitamin D Production? - tanTALK

I just had a client ask me about lotion. I covered all the benefits and than he said he had read that lotion stops the development of Viitamin D. I said that is true of SPF but not indoor lotions. Does anyone have any information that disputs my response?

SPF only. It blocks UVB which is responsible for Vitamin D production.
