Re: Low Vitamin D Levels Raise Breast Cancer Death Risk by 75 Percent

I am a breast cancer survivor - in remission since June. Hooah! So I've been tanning for 3 weeks solid now, 5 days a week on a level one. Kinda puny, I know, but if I'm still sensitive to UV rays, I won't burn quite as badly.
I take the vitamin D deficiancy seriously, I don't want this crap coming back and killing me! Should I keep up that routine, or should I scale back a little?
Hey, I've been converted! Hooah!

Really the only way to know to change you regiment or not would be vitamin D testing. Eileen is familiar with it, she could help with some tips and how to get tested.
