Re: Too good to be true?
Belvy I always respect copyright issues first. If it's an article I really like it willl take me a few days to post because I email the writer for permission first. You can usually tell at the bottom of the article how serious they are about sharing their articles. Many want you to share their article to get "more" exposure. I am just as careful with photographs when I include them. I'm coorsponding with one now that would like to let me use her drawing but she's held back by the company she works for, which I fully understand. On this particular article Don is wise to only post a link. Not sure you would want to full around with the Washington Post's copyright issues.
As for my take on this article, I think it's a very good read but unfortunately it's from company's that will profit from selling supplements point of view. At least they are honest in mentioning this method could be toxic (of course that means visits to the Dr. to make sure!) Taking out the last sentence would make me happier. lol

Re: Too good to be true?
IMHO we're getting way to excited over any positive article on Vitamin D. Again IMHO, this article sucks. Read the last paragraph...it may be pro Vit D but it's anti-tanning. I wouldn't show it to my customers must less my employees. If an article/video/news story (or fairy tale for that matter) doesn't give the direct connection between UV exposure in general and indoor tanning specifically it's basically useless. Again I'll add...IMHO.

Re: Too good to be true?
I totally disagree excuseme. My reason is many people care more about organic and getting away from things that are processed. I know this why else would Walmart start selling more organic products every day. Anyway I think most people prefer to get what they can from natural sources before spending money on something that is processed or a pill.
