Oprah talks about being vitamin d difficient!
Finally, she just admitted she got her Vitamin D levels checked and found out she's Vitamin D deficient. She said her skin is like sunscreen and she never gets to see the sun....
This is the second time on the show they've mentioned getting sunshine for two different reasons..the other was seasonal affective disorder.
