Live Webcasts
I wish I had been able to check this out earlier. Has anyone ever tried listening into one of these by any chance? I'm going to keep an eye on the schedule to join the next one they have that could be related to vitamin d or tanning in some way.

Here is a recap from this webcast. I could use a little help understanding it but from what I gathered is decreased Vitamin D levels are linked to shorter telomeres. Shorter telmores are related to the aging process and smoking is related to the aging process. Smokers are known to have shorter telmores lenghts and possibly the vitamin d will help.
