Sad thing is, bad press spreads faster and is heard louder than good press. If it were a negative report, I'd be hearing it from customers--as usual. But I'm glad to hear it. Hopefully people listen.

The interveiw I think went very well. I recorded it. He will also be on the View on ABC at 10 am on Thursday July 1st! I think it is great what he is doing.

I wish I would have seen it myself, cause this type of thing is what this industry needs. Hats of to all the national tanning associations trying to spread the truth, but they are not hitting the national level hard enough. The public sees many negative, unrealistic reports that are never rebutted at the same level. Maybe I'll start selling drugs to feed my family that industry seems to be doing very well.........

I thought Dr. Holick did well. It was a strange format for Good Morning America. They had both Dr. Holick and Mark Jenkins on top of the roof and the interviewer was in the studio! It looked very awkward. Oh well, maybe it will help sell a few more books.

I picked up a poster for the book at the Vegas show. I hope to put it up in the salon soon.

Yah I caught it too. Actually was late for work to catch it. I found it sad that Britney Spear's gets the "talk around the cooler" segment, but they get the most of 3 minutes of debating. And basically don't really result in anything. No wonder why no one knows the knowledge of UV advantages because the people who are willing to speak about it aren't given the time. But thumbs up for GMA definitely for taking the step to conventional ideas.

I hope you saw The View on Thursday. It was great!!! They asked Dr. Hollick what he would do if in 15 years people sued him for getting cancer after folling his Hollick Plan for Skin exposure. He said lets reverse it, the dermatologist have been telling everyone to stay out of the sun and now skin cancer is on the rise. They gave everyone a copy of his book at the View. Does he have a web site or an email address so that we could possibly email him and give him our appreciation for what he is doing to stick his nose out there to help this industry survive! I would love to tell him how much I appreciate his work!
