Hey Scott,Is it true you are working on a new program where we can turn the beds on through helios on the computers that aren't hooked up to a tmax manager. If this is true this will be a big help for us. We have two systems but can only turn the beds on from the main work station (this is where the manager is connected)A kudo for Helios if this is true and a slight hint if this is not true.....Thanks guys,This software is a blessing to our business------------------Tommy Lowery

Tommy,We are working on an update that will allow your timer to be client server which will let you send time to your beds from any workstation on your network. Actually, that portion of the update is completed and once a few more features are finished, we will release the update (probally next week).Helios still recommends that you keep an extra T-Max manager on the shelf in case you have a problem with the one that is hooked up to your computer. The reason we have always required a T-Max manager on each workstation is for that very reason. If you are running a networked system you must be doing a high number of tanners. With our existing configuration you would still be able to send time to your beds from the good T-Max if one of them went down.Check our website,www.heliospos.com, next week for the new update. Let me know if you have any other questions.
