We posted a message on a clients comment screen. Now we find it coming up on other peoples' screens. AAAAAnoying!!!! Can someone please help?html------------------

Florence,Unfortunately I'm not a technician, but understand that it is a fairly simple fix. We have not had any reported issues such as this with customers who are running version 9. Please give technical support a call and let them know what version you are running.

This annoying problem is easy to fix. Create a new client, don't save the client.Go to the comment box and you will see the annoying comment. Delete it. Now delete the client .
