One thing I really like about Helios 9 is the ability to print multiple contracts. This has allowed us to do away with some of the manual paperwork we were doing.The contracts contain the customer's information. This is more accurate than us writing this information down.Michael

Using these contracts have been helpful to our Customer Service Dept also, we are able to modifiy our contracts here at our Corporate office. Since you are able to use different contracts on every computer, we are using ours for our return letters and customer problem forms. |agree. I use THREE differenct contracts in Helios 9 (the one Tony permitted me to have because he couldn't take it back). I use one for EFTs, one for shorter term EFTS and one for a combination freeze,cancel, change information form. Neat.
