Timer Error - tanTALK

Why do I sometimes receive a timer error in my helios software? The other day the timer error kept popping up for about 10 minutes then it just quit. Also, how does the EFT program in helios work. We are using a bank draft from our online banking and wanted to know if the helios EFT program is easier. Thanks

I had the same problem for about a year, now I have found that it has to do with the wait list. Hit F4 key and then exit out of the wait list screen by clicking the X in the top right hand corner, this will stop the Timer Error from coming back. It seems to happen when the wait list is left open to long. Good luck

Jagger - excellentThe Status / Wait List functions repeated poll the timer for status update. "Like every few seconds".If the error continues give Tech Support a call - there are adjustments that you can make to you COMM port settings that will improve the communciation between Helios, your computer and the Timer Manager.
