I'm not sure if I should direct my question to you or someone else. I recently purchased a tanning salon that is using Helios. The previous owner was paying the monthly fees for tech support. What do I need to do to transfer ownership of the program to myself? Also, what do I need do if I need tech support?

CONGRATS !!!! is this your first salon - if so, welcome to a FUN industry !!!!Contact Scott at Helios ( scottb@heliospos.com ) - assuming the prior owner was on Software Maintenance, he will be able to transfer the plan to your name. If not he can get you on Support right away.If you are interested, keep an eye open on our WebSite - Workshop page. We are currently talking to a couple of Salon Owners in the Houston area that are interested in having us come on-site for a day's training. Thanks for your response. I would definitely be interested in a workshop in Houston. Since, I am working with a limited budget right now, would it be cheaper to attend the workshop or do on-site?I really appreciate your help on this.

tangirl - we are VERY proud of our Owner/Manager Workshop.We place a very high importance on ensuring "TRANSFER of KNOWLEDGE". I truly believe that our Workshop will be a tremedous aid in setting up and operating Helios within your salon effectively.The On-Site is of course the "cadillac" service.
