Hi MitziIt is as EASY as a phone call.I did a convert this last weekend from Sunease for a client and have two more on the books over the next couple of weeks.Do not misunderstand me - Sunease is an OK program, but it lacks the functionality, controls and reporting depth that Helios offers.Would LOVE a reason to come to Eastern Tennesse !!!

How about making the 24 hour tan limit a warning instead of just locking them out. Many times a customer will come in one day at 7PM then show up the next day at 6pm. I understand that you can adjust this. But I have had many inspectors look at this and say that it must at least have a warning. If I adjust it to 12 hours then I am not in compliance and I have to listen to a cranky old lady rag on me about letting people tan when they shouldn'tIf you just make a box pop up that warns the operator how many hours it has been then it will be in compliance as well as giving the operator the ability to tan someone at 23 hours.

OK, one more.I use the camera module. This is an easy one. The pictures are in a separate folder called "pictures". I think when you do a backup, the pictures should be included. Or, put the pictures folder inside the "Data" folder. I just click on the Data folder, and back up the whole thing over the web.Yes, it may make the file large, but compared to ST (and there is NO comparison) the file will still be 1/20 the size.

Duane, you can run the Transaction list (assuming we are talking about the same thing) any time you wish - Daily Sales Report (Include Detail - tick it) for the day or days you wish - careful it will get lengthy

It seem that in version 7 or 8 the employees had to sign in and out before they could enter their initials under the point of sale cashier code to make a sale. Now any employee can enter their intitials at any time without being on the time clock. This causes problems as employees dont get credit for sales as they didnt see that the former employee has their intitials still in the Cashier code section and they have been making sales under their name. It use to say that you are not clocked in and cannot make a sale. Can this be put back in version 10?

I still get that message when someone is not clocked in. I wonder if there is something you have to check or uncheck to activate that feature???

Jagger and all:In the employee file, find your employee and click on the position tab--the one where you say what they are.Underneath that table, is a box called "require clock in". This decides if they have to be on the clock to make a sale or not.
