Check all of your options - hopefully that includes TanTrack!

Its like music. Everybody likes something different. They all pretty much do the same thing, some are easier to use than others, some are more pleasing to they eye than others. Find out what you really need for your salon and run with it.

So far so good with Helios.... We have the opportunity to leave the old system in place as we upgrade to helios 11.2. We have been testing : printing, adding new products changing contracts. Our switch over is planned for Nov 1 and so far so good. I personally am looking forward to be able to pull reports from my office 150 miles away from the salon.

Chris, not wanting to complicate your life ... BUT ... suggest you contact Helios they have an upgrade to Helios 11.3.7 (release this summer). It has some database changes that provide the Price Grid addition to Sales Codes and EFT enhancements.

You may as well convert directly to that or higher (Helios will be releasing an update before the Orlando show ... likely called V11.4) it has a few further nice enhancements and some additonal reporting and Backoffice ability.

Would save you having to do a further update to your database in the further.
