We do have for years!Its has its problems.But is easy to use.

Do you pay for the monthly service plan?We have for years and have never called them for help only to tell them of software bugs.I am thinking about doing away with the service plan.What everyone else's experience?

It's like insurance. If you change PC's, network....etc....it could come in handy.We pay for it mostly because, if I'm not there or won't be there at some time then someone...anyone can call a # and get help...someone other than me
