Helios customers who currently have their salon(s) signed up for the monthly agreements receive version 9 for free. We have changed the copy protection in V9 in order to give our customers more flexibility when switching systems, reinstalling the program and wishing to perform audit functions off-site. Customers will need to purchase the copy protection device (“dongle”) for $25 and pay $7 for s/h. Helios customers who do not have an active monthly agreement ($29.99/mo) will need to sign their salon(s) up prior to receiving the version 9. The total cost to receive version 9 would be as follows:Set up fee $299Prorated first month $ (cost depends on when they sign up)Copy protection device $ 25S/H $ 7As long as customers remain on the monthly agreement they will be entitled to all updates and upgrades for free – they just need to pay the shipping ($5). The monthly fee also includes their technical support.
