Rep Power: 0 | We sell packages at a regular price and summer specials at a reduced price. Each type of package is set up in a seperate field. Summer specials have an expiry date of Oct 31. Noticed that when one client came in yesterday to buy more time, he already had 800 minutes in his regular file.He admitted to not buying them. Plus no history of buying them. His history showed he had used summer special minutes to tan all summer but had no history of purchasing summer special minutes. Also, in master edit it should show the expiry date on his summer minutes and any unused minutes that have expired, this field is blank.Anyone have a clue to what happened ?I'm concerned that this may have happened to other summer special purchasers.We use Helios 8 by the way.[This message has been edited by Harry (edited November 05, 2000).] |

| Harry, I honestly have not experienced anything similar to the problem you describe.May I suggest the following to begin to try and track down the problem (first step)Go into View, System Files, Transaction File and display transactions for a client that has had this problem. Move through the transaction detail looking at the impact on and accumulator values after each transaction. See if there is any clue there.Let me know here when you have done that, if you wish, and we will go from thereAndy |
