Rep Power: 9 Rich C is on a distinguished road
In 8 when I did a smart mail export I was able to see the exported data for h7.mdb and the transact table. In 9, when I'm able to open it up I only get the h7.mdb stuff. Some questions:1. Why do I get a prompt for password when opening a smart mail file within access?2. The reason I want to see the transactions is to calculate the average number of packages a customer buys. I want to do this by package and by customer. Is there an easy way to do this?[This message has been edited by Rich C (edited October 30, 2000).]

Tony,Thanks! Until that new report comes along is there another way to accomplish what I'm looking for? James Brown gave me some insight on EFT's and I need to look at some data to try to make a case for this at our salon. Thanks!
