This was emailed to tantalk.comHi I just purchased Helios version 9 software and I am a bit confused. If you have a moment would you please help me (I KNOW YOUR NOT TECH SUPPORT) but seems like everyone on the forum is so nice here I thought I would ask. I am trying to figure out how you ring up a sale (tanning visit) and from there put someone in a tanning bed. How do I do that? I know this is pie to you but to me, I'm having trouble figuring it out. Maybe because I have been working on setting everything up right now. I've got such a headache. I practiced with the demo version at home but - no luck! Guess I'm tired, but when I rang up a sing visit, it took the customers money and then she disappeared off the screen. Seems like another menu would come up and ask me where I wanted her to go from there after taking her money. doest it??? You don't have to help me if you don't want - but I'm BEGGING for help by now! Hello, this is Tim from Helios tech support, just wanted to offer any help I can. F2 brings up a client, under the sales code tab enter the item which you wish to sell. Enter SJ for your employee code. "F5" ends the sale and asks how you want to pay.
