I DO NOT know what I would do without Technical Support. Dan has soooo been there for me and has been a lifesaver when I can't figure out what the heck I am doing. They always get back to me. I so far am very pleased.

I have to agree. I have had to call Helios this last week to clarify for me on how to do something a couple of times. Even though it was very obvious to them that I was a 'novice' at Helios, they were always very gracious and helpful!
