Helios 9.20 still has same report problems

I have just upgraded to version 9.20 and find that it still has the same problems I have previously reported to Helios.When viewing a multi page report on screen, once you go beyond page 1 you cannot go back to page 1. If you go beyond page 2, you can only back up to page 2. Page 1 is not accessible.If you try to put a graph in a daily sales report a window opens that says "object doesn't support this property or method Number 438".I had to click on "okay" over 70 times to get out of the message box.And apparently they don't believe in posting answers to problems put on their message board.Fred

I for one would like to hear from Helios why they have not corrected a problem that has existed for many many months and that they have been told about many many times. It seems that it is easy to talk the talk but walking the walk?

I think that it speaks volumes that on their own board designed for them to talk with customers and protential customers that they do not answer questions about problems. After all of the sales claims and comments are done what counts is how you deliver day in and day out. Perhaps the owners of this board need to get in touch with them and see what is up. Maybe there is a very good reason why they have not commented. I know that I have been mesmerized by that Survivor deal and maybe they are too.

Rich,I know that Scott and Tony have been out of town for about 1 week now.Scott is the only person that get's the moderator email.I'm sure once he returns he will catch up with all the questions.Michael

Fred,I just back in town lastnight from the Solar Seminar Cruise put on by Island Sun Times. I am still sifting through voice mail and email, but will check on the issue regarding being able to go back and view the first page of multiple page reports.

Fred,The programming department does not have any scheduled revisions for the reports in version 9. The reports in version 10 are being written in html so they may be accessed through the web as well. They will also address the issue of returning to page 1 of multiple page reports.
