Why does Helios not support the "freezing" of packages? I mean where the program will actually "freeze" or "suspend" any timed packages.

Good question, one I've asked for many years. Many programs have a "vacation hold" or other such thing. They ususally work like this: You click on vacation hold and it suspends the membership. When the client returns, you take them off the hold and the days off are automatically added to the expiration date to form a new revised expiration date. Very easy.Salon Explorer had it. Maybe the new alliance will pick on this most needed feature and add it to V 10.

didn't SunMate also have this feature or a similar feature? anyways, definately something to look into adding into future versions as it would set Helios above the rest.
