Rep Power: 25 | I would be interested in know on the thumbprint if you can override it and go manual. The reason is that you will often have a child use tans off of moms account, and unless the child cuts moms thumb off we got us a problem. I guess whether she does or doesn't cut her thumb off we got a problem. |

Rep Power: 0 | Rich,By allowing your customers to share packages/memberships you circumvent the integrity of the thumbprint scanner altogether. If sharing is something you can't live without, you can set up a special sales code that will override the thumbprint. You could even flag it so you can keep a close eye on when it is being used and by whom.The thumbprint is even integrated into the employee time clock so your employees actually have to be on site to clock in and out.Scott |
