I am asking you if you know where the fingerprint files are and what format they are in??? Not if you think it is an easy way for the employee to steal. |

AND I ANSWERED that question .... they are stored in the Client Profile table regarding the format ... look in the Client database if you need that info |

Re: Hello, anyone got a question?
Absolute Tan ... suggest you start a separate thread with your question ... it will get lost in this one.
This thread was started 4 years ago when Helios had it's own forum ... thus the rather general topic was original asking anyone got a "Helios" question. Post it separately so folks have a chance to respond to you |

Re: Hello, anyone got a question?
HTElectrial ... it may be just an example ... but it is the example that you have been describing through this thread ...
and with respect I disagree with your premise. |

Re: Hello, anyone got a question?
Suntouch is their single store solution. Salontouch is for networking multiple locations together. You basically combine the database of each salon into one combined database. You will need to get SQL Server or the SQL database alternative called MSDE from Microsoft. You should set up a VPN utilizing software or by using routers with integrated VPN technology. To connect to the store you can use Microsofts remote desktop or software like PC Anywhere. If you are not a computer whiz you will probably want to hire someone to set up your network for you.
