Maybe I need to spell it out for you better.:sarcasm:
The employees are creating a non existing client. (They are making it up, not a real person, never existed). They are then using their finger to register this fake client. It is not an employee so creating a employee membership does nothing. I repeat nothing. The system thinks it is a new customer. Just like the real ones that come in everyday and give their info and register their fingerprint. You can not control them from doing this, because you have to allow your employees to sign up new customers. Ok? Do you comprehend that it is not an employee according to Helios?
Now, since you can create as many clients as you want and use the exact same finger to register 1000 plus different clients and Helios has no way of detecting this. They can now buy a large package and use minutes or sessions from their virtual account and pocket the single session. I sure hope you comprehend what I am getting at,l because I don't know how I can make it any clearer.

What file format is used for the ID, and where is it located. A simple file comparison would be able to identify this situation wouldn't it

I understand what you are saying .,.. but at worst that would allow ONE single session per day assuming you have the appropriate controls on the equipment.

So they have the difference between the package value and single session as a daily profit through a criminal act ... I expect there are easier and more profit methods of theft that do not leave as clear an audit trail as this one.
