Not Happy - tanTALK

After a week of getting no response from the board on the Helios Bio-Thumbprint question I posted, I feel very let down. The Thumbprint locks up every once in awhile. You have to do a total shut down and restart to get it going, you can also unplug it then plug it back in to work. Called support, and they said that they had others with the same type of problem and are looking into it. Our computer is above the hardward and ram required by Helios. Seems like knowone whats to chat or talk about the problems with it. Jagger

Sorry Jaggar,That was a pretty technical question. Most everyone on this board is extremly helpful. But I like the fact that people don't try to BS you if they don't actually know how to respond. Don't let this one question discourage you from asking others.
