Looks like most of the posts on the Helios Tech Support Message Board go unanswered, or are answered by other users. It would be nice to get some kind of answer to a post. Even as little as "we're working on it". At least that way you'd know someone was looking at the posts. The message board seemed like a good idea. Post your problem (not a pressing one) and come back later or next day and get an answer. Saves a lot of phone tag. But it just doesn't seem to work that way - if at all. What's the point of having a web site if you're not going to make use of it?Check it out at http://www.heliospos.com and see for yourself. The default user name is "helios" and password is "demo".Fred
