CLOSED FOR THE LONG WEEKEND COME BACK TO FIND US LOCKED OUT OF HELIOS ! ! ! !THE HELP LINE IS BACK LOGGED >>>>>>AFTER A LONG WAIT ,THEY HUNG UP ON ME !!!!!!CALLED BACK again AFTER A LONG WAIT THEY TOOK MY NUMBER AND SAID WE DON'T KNOW WHEN WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU ! ! ! !STILL WAITING.......HOPR IT DOSEN'T HAPPEN TO YOU

NO ! we were closed for 4 days! So Helios locks.HELP called me back in an hour and had me up and running in a few min.That was a bummer for the hour I waited tho.Wish they would change that feature I see it will have the same problem at xmas and new years as well.Support is flooded with many salons with the same problem.....that why the wait.

This is very anonying to us also. We have this happen about once a week. We wrote a program to fix this. Version 9.4 of Helios exploits this to a much greater level. Hopefully they will fix this in an upcoming version of Helios. I think they should notify the owner in a report without shutting down a persons store. The first time it happened to me my store was down for a day!Chippp, how did they resolve this for you?

chunn, they walked me through the fix!It seems to me that what they have you do is a very simple way to fix the lockdown and be up in running in a few seconds.
