printer problem

i have a hp with a receipt printer and a regular printer and i can print any thing on any program and i can print reports but can not print releases it says printer not responding Billym64@bellsouth.net

just wanted to let you know i got it fixed the tech. support could not help me at all so i backed it up and installed it agianBilly
