Rep Power: 0  | Helios 11.7 suspended tan/negative balance Hi! I work at a tanning salon and I am having an issue. A client came in to tan last night and wanted to purchase a bottle of lotion, the payment was suspended by my employee and then they deleted the lotion sale using f6 but the tan remains suspended at the top of the account with a negative balance.. The negative balance isn't in the left hand corner it's at the bottom where the sales part is..I can not run any codes on this clients account, and I can't tan this client... What can I do to resolve this? |
