Salon Touch Setting Question
 

In Salon Touch Room Maintenance section, I accidentally reset the wrong bulbs to 0, which, of course throws off all future maintenance records. I can't find a way to get into the the hours used field and re-set it to the correct # of hours. There has got to be a way to do this ..... I just can't find it. Please help! Thanks, Dean

I am pretty sure there is not a simple way to recover this unless you restore the database that stores that info from your backups which is not an option that i would choose to do.

I could call Salon Touch but sadly have never had a positive response calling them. Every thing in that Room Maintenance Section should be user definable. What about a salon that resets bulbs wrong like I did or wants to move bulbs from one bed to another to re-balance bulb hours, or somehow the bulb hours get corrupted. We ought to be able to change any bed hours to be anything we want. Perhaps access to this is password protected...... but I'm not getting a warning. Please.....Does anyone operating Salon Touch know how set "hours used" on a bed to something other than resetting to "0" ? Thanks, Dean
