Rep Power: 20  | SunLync V8 & Tan Tax Tool Those of you that have upgraded to SunLync 8: I don't remember them telling me this when we initially did the upgrade, but they apparently removed the Tan Tax Tool with the upgrade. It's supposed to be included in the EFT Revenue report, but that report does not include clients that pay rejected dues in-store. That revenue does show up on the Daily Sales report, BUT does not break out Tan Tax. If I only had UV memberships, I could just calculate the tax, but, since Sunless doesn't have tax, the only real way to do it would be to look at individual accounts each time we reconcile to determine if Tan Tax was applied. What a mess! Has anyone found an easier way to do it? This was the process suggested by the tech support rep. |
