SalonTouch or Sunlync ? - tanTALK

I am currently using Salontouch at my salons but I am considering switching and changing it to SunLync.
Does anyone use SunLync for awhile and can give me their opinion about SunLync ?

1. Is it reliable ? any bugs or issues ? How is their customer support ?

2. EFT Processing - I heard that they let you use any merchant service you like vs. Salon touch where you can use only one company (World pay).

3. Peripherals - Is SunLync truly compatible with a number of different peripherals (Biometrics, sign pad, etc.) vs. Salon touch where you must purchase it through them (more expensive) ?

Or any opinion in general will be greatly appreciated .
