We went back to Evolution after trying Pearl for a month. I have also noticed that support is not very available. Waited approx 8 hours for a call back today. |

Rep Power: 18 | Re: Salon Touch Evolution ? Yes, I am with Worldpay, not by choice, but SalonTouch forces you to use them. Not too happy with WorldPay today, spent 49 minutes on hold to speak with technical support. |

Rep Power: 16 | Re: Salon Touch Evolution ? Really ? I was thinking about switching from my current credit card processor to World pay (mainly because it will be much easier for me to process my EFT's with them). Can you please be more specific what you don't like about World pay ? I don't want to switch and deal with a lot of issues afterwards. I do appreciate your feedback ! |
