URGENT: Lost Connection With Tmax Manger

My manager was attempting to accommodate a customer by overriding the system and tried using the "888" manual override in the Tmax manager, but now none of the beds are showing in the manager. All of them are blank on the manager, and the 3a timers are show 99's. We have the wireless system if it makes a difference.

I'm having a pretty serious freakout session, since we cannot put in any of our customers at the moment. What do we do?

When I have an issue I get the manual out and follow it step by step and ALWAYS figure it out!

If I recall "888" is a code you don't use, because it clears everything from memory. In other words a destruct code. I think you will have to go back and re-address (square one) all you beds again to find them on the manager.

Why not call Applied Digital maker of Tmax 417-297-0361. They can usually talk you through these types of problems.

If they used 888 they cleared all addresses. You can self address and reprogram all the rooms.
call menu button
enter 888 for security code. display should read auto addressing
go to each room hitting the start/stop on display till 99 turns to 0 and beeping stops
must do it in order so your numbers match up. if you have a spare room in the mix with no timer you will have to use the "next" button on the manager to skip over that room
after all rooms are entered go back to manager and hit the enter button to lock them in
