Suntouch- T max no communication - tanTALK

I need help to figure out why my T-max and Suntouch are not communicating?. I can use the T max manually. It may be just in the Setup - Com Port or something..

Any help would be greatly appreciated..Somone can also call my cell if they have any idea..978 269 4634

I would think salontouch is not recognizing the port you are using. What com port do you have tmax set up within SalonTouch?
