Helios Pre Paid? - tanTALK

I am having alot of income going into the Misc category... like when someone pays for a month but isn't going to start tanning until 3 days later, when they pay I put in as a prepay. when the come back and I check out I use the money out of prepay. But how does the computer know what category to put it in for taxes?
Get what I am asking lol?

When you set up the prepaid sales code you have to tell the computer these things. You pick department and divisions and tax rates for the sales code at that time.
