6 lamps out in a row I have a UltrSun UltraBurst 4000 and the first 6 bulbs back of the bed and 6 first bulbs front of canopy are out..Each bulb has its own ballast . I could hear a crackling/electrical sound when starting it. Not sure if there are some wires burtout or something thats causing them to burn out?.. Any ideas? Thanks |
Re: 6 lamps out in a row Contactor |
Re: 6 lamps out in a row 1 contactor controls the bed and 1 the canopy. What is the chance they both go out around the same time?.. Thanks |
Re: 6 lamps out in a row If it was the contacter wouldn't all the lights go out, since there's only one contacter for all top and one for all bottom supplying power to the ballasts. On my Solaris 42 3f I have 5 bulbs at the back bottom of the canopy out, any ideas, ballast comes to mind but unsure how many lamps are controlled by each ballast |
Re: 6 lamps out in a row Look inside and you will probably what the problem is. A blown capacitor or burnt relay. Burnt wires. Should be oblivious. |
