Sundazzler Wont Start

I can put time in manually on the Tmax controller on my Sindazzler but it won't start. We can start it from the Tmax manager but it only takes 11 minutes even though I have an 18 minute chip in it and have tried a brand new 15 minute chip. Sunlync sees the bed and says time has been sent but it doesn't actually put any time on the Tmax controller or manager.

chek the softwear you are using see if the setup time is right.

Its Sunlync and yes the time is correctly set.

could have bad Tmax port. were is it in dasy chain?swap out with another to see if the Tmax. or reprogram the system.

I tried two other Tmax controllers (in-wall type) and I can set time but the bed still won't start.

Is the bed an on board unit , meaning the dasiy chain go in and out, and control from bed , if so you need to jump out the wire for the telephone connector, yellow & green

It daisy chains in and out. Not sure what you mean "jump out the wire"?? We can't start it at all now. Tmax manager sees the bed.
