Bed kicking on as soon as delay is set..

This has happened several times now at random where we go to start the delay for the customer and the bed just turns on immediately, ignoring the delay.

It is only happening on our velocity hp1000. We are running Helios 12 enterprise but I am not sure that it has to do with the software.

We notice that sometimes the screen on the velocity shows the bed is in service mode, and we believe that when it's in this mode that's when the problem occurs.

We think it may be a button sticking when the girls reset after cleaning the bed but not sure. Tech is coming out this week to check it out but it's sometimes hard for us to reproduce the problem to show what's happening, so just looking to see if anyone else had this issue or has an idea of what it may be.
