Thinking on going wireless, imput needed

My concerns currently are that i have several older beds without the ability to plug a phone line in so will it work for them. Also i have a 5000 squarefoot bldg and wonder if it will reach all my beds?

The system im looking at is here for sale and comes with monitor, keypad and all the other needed supplies but i already use salon touch on another computer and didnt know how to combine into one system.

Thanks all and bring on imput

We acquired a salon about a year ago. Every room had wireless in it and we have never had one issue whatsoever. Smaller salon though: 1500 sq ft.

I have had a wireless salon for 2 years and it definitely caused communication issues when initiating sessions!

Hard wired is the way to go, I have seen a lot of different problems with wireless. Just don't make home runs to the front desk for communication, only daisy chain or back bone system.

I've had the wireless system in one salon for three years with no problems. Same thing with another salon that's had wireless for the year it's been open. The salon that has had wireless for three years has beds a little over 100 feet away from the front desk.

Who is going to make all these different electronic designs for such a small industry. And so much of it is already out there, and for people to convert is going to take some serious convincing.
The Tantime RUXM is a nice alternative to a 3WG2, more durable design 3 different protocols, programmable max time and possible to program without disconnecting from the network. Still hardly anyone buys them, seems like people don't want anything different when it comes down to it.
